You are our old client, why you buy again if you think our product is bad? we send on time and remember you said that it is beautiful when you see your goods, and you buy again from us. For the second order, you said there is color variation, that is why you wrote this message. Please noted that Color of picture is for reference only, there will be a little color variation between the actual product and the picture, we are always negociate with you and revise for u. we are so sad you said like that.

    If you buy from Guangzhou Shisheng Furniture Co., Ltd.be prepared to have serious issues. 1) Delivery times are very late I'm talking months late with nothing but excuses 2) I purchased a desk and rear cabinet while the quality was decent the packing was below sub-par. 3) When they built the crate the items were in they used ¼" frame for the crate and it was so flimsy it arrived all broken up with nails puncturing the cardboard thus scratching the desk and cabinet. I took pictures and submitted to the seller and was told wipe off the cabinet and it would be ok. 4) I asked for a partial refund and was told no, since I had trade assurance I contacted Alibaba and because the seller would not issue a partial refund Alibaba issued me a refund. SO BUYERS SHOULD BEWARE DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE The seller claims they reimbursed all they would agree to pay is $100.00usd and Alibaba emailed me and said they paid $300.00 again it shows this company does not tell the truth

    Dear Lawrence , I am so sorry about this order. But there are some issues are not the fact. First of all, thank you for your affirmation of the quality of our products. 1.about the delivery time. we did not delay. We finished production and sent them out on time.And you can check on the Alibaba system and found we did not delay delivery. But the destination port is blockage. And the local delivery very slowly. We can't control these problems . Pls kindly understand. 2.For the scratching, it was caused during shipping and location delivery. Some workers are treating the package rudely. We already send our complaint to Logistics company. 3.And the refund is paid from our company. not Alibaba paid for you. Alibaba is only responsible for the negotiation between us. And this result is also agreed upon by both sides.
